Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


1. Product Information

Each piece of jewellery is handmade, which means that no two items are exactly alike. Minor variations in size, colour, or finish are part of the charm of handmade products and not considered defects.


2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase, and orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.


3. Orders & Customisation

Most items are made to order. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty (see Returns & Refunds below). Please ensure all customisation details are correct at the time of order, as changes cannot be made once production has started.


4. Dispatch & Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days, though this may vary depending on the product and volume of orders.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked with Signature service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you require faster dispatch or delivery, please contact us to discuss your needs.


5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. To request a return, please contact us at tracymillarjewellery@gmail.com before sending your item back.
Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the product. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have begun, and the order cannot be canceled.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Tracy Millar Jewellery. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.


8. Liability

Tracy Millar Jewellery is not responsible for any allergic reactions or damages caused by improper use or care of our jewellery. Please follow the care instructions provided to prolong the life of your items.


9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our website, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes.


10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
