At Tracy Millar Jewellery, I take great pride in creating beautiful, handcrafted pieces that I hope you’ll love. However, if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items):
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Bespoke commissions or made-to-order items
Any jewellery that has been altered per customer request
To avoid any issues before ordering:
Double-check ring sizes
Confirm bracelet and necklace lengths
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Package the jewellery in its original packaging.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during return shipping.
Follow the same steps above. If a customs declaration form is needed, please mark the item as a “Returned Item” to avoid import charges. Any incorrectly declared returns may incur fees, which will be passed onto the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item, assuming it meets our policy. Returns received outside the stated timeline may be accepted at our discretion.

Faulty goods can be returned within 6 months of delivery if due to a manufacturing fault. Each item will be assessed. Damage caused by wear and tear or accidental damage does not qualify as faulty, but we do offer a repair service at a small charge.
Received a gift without a receipt? We’re happy to offer a credit note for the current item value. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, we may not be able to issue a refund if your item is already in production.
