Zayd Nooruddin serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Madison Avenue Properties, joining the company in 2022 after earning his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Texas. Having grown up immersed in the family business, Zayd developed a deep understanding of business management and administration by observing Madison Avenue Properties’ growth and managing the family’s retail stores during his school years. In his role as COO, Zayd has been pivotal in modernizing the company’s investment processes, streamlining leasing and tenant management, enhancing property maintenance, and attracting new investors.
