Karim led the acquisition of shopping centers and residential properties, expertly repositioning, managing, and leasing them to achieve stability and long-term success.

In 2019, Karim’s daughter Zoya Nooruddin joined the team, contributing her expertise in business and technology to streamline property management and leasing operations. Together, they have strengthened the company’s legacy and continued its growth.
