To help keep your piece of jewellery looking it’s best, we recommend not wearing your jewellery whilst showering, bathing, swimming or in a hot tub. To clean your jewellery avoid silver dips and use a silver polishing cloth. Do not spray perfume directly onto the jewellery and avoid contact with solvents.
Whilst the glass jewels we make are very strong (think marbles) we recommend that you do not drop glass or enamelled jewellery.
Please visit your local jeweller to accurately measure your ring size. Alternatively you can order a ring sizer from me.
(If ordering a Cremation Ashes ring a ringsizer will be sent for free with the ashes collection package.)
We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate ring size measuring and subsequent ring resizing will need to be covered by the customer.
When it comes to my metal work, I have always found that sawpiercing holds a special place in my heart. While laser cutting may offer efficiency and speed, I have always been drawn to the traditional and meticulous process of doing it by hand. I did try laser cutting but felt it lacked the warmth and authenticity that I strive to infuse into my creations. My jewellery pieces are a reflection of my dedication to craftsmanship and I feel in a world of mass-production I can offer something truly unique.
Sawpiercing allows me to work with minimal power requirements and a greater sense of connection to the materials I use. This intimate relationship with my tools and techniques, I hope, shines through in the pieces that I craft.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund any earrings purchased at Tracy Millar Jewellery
Also exempt from any refund are bespoke commissions, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request
Ensuring the Perfect Fit
To avoid any issues, please double-check your order before purchasing:
Select the correct size for rings.
Choose the correct length for bracelets and necklaces.
To return an item to us:
Package the piece of jewellery in its original packaging.
Return the piece within 14 days of contacting us notifying us of the return.

Please make sure your returned item is via an insured trackable service. Tracy Millar Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for return postage costs or if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are the customers.
International Returns
When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the above steps.
Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a ‘Returned Item’. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.
Exchanges

Refunds
Returns received outside of the above stated timelines are accepted at the discretion of Tracy Millar Jewellery. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving your returned item.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your piece of jewellery arrives damaged or faulty please contact the shop on +447861785766 or email us at: tracymillarjewellery@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Faulty items of jewellery will be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within the 6 months after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Tracy Millar Jewellery, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a repair service for such items. There will be a small charge for repairs to cover the cost of the repair along with any postage costs.
Gift Returns
If you have received a gift and don’t have a receipt, we will happily provide a credit note for the current item price. This can be used on our website for the purchase of a different item with the same or greater value. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging and unworn.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, I may not be able to issue a refund if your item is already in production
We have a few options for delivery which you can choose at checkout. Delivery is free if you spend £150 or more.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which promises delivery the next day and requires a signature upon delivery if you want your order quickly.
We also use Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature
and Royal Mail Tracked 48 if you are happy to wait.
Please note the delivery is after the date of dispatch and not after the order date. We cannot be held responsible for parcels not being delivered on time if the recipient is not in to take delivery. If you need to make alternative delivery address arrangements, let us know.
